Too right. Holyrood's responsibilities are Holyrood's, they're not Westminster's to take away or to grant as the mood takes them

I think that Westminster in theory has the right to abolish Holyrood with a single vote!

Agree, but that's with a vote so the topic would have to be brought forward, discussed then voted on before WM could act. As for the devolved powers themselves I thought the devolution legislation was enacted therefore not changeable without the same level of propose/discuss/vote....or am I a meringue?
