A Jim Prompted Thread

Jim's dislike of Levein got me thinking about who, for me has been Hibs' worst manager.

It would be interesting to see if you guys' views are the same as mine.

So, who do you think.

Maybe I haven't thought about it for long enough, maybe I'd blanked him out my mind, or maybe Hibs have had more bad managers than I care to remember!

I don't think Hibs should have got rid of Collins; genuinely think he would have a lot to offer the game.

Think he's like Billy Davies Forest, or Nigel Pearson who was at Leicester, in that they may be good at what they do but are unfortunately so wrapped up in their own views of themselves and how good they perceive themselves to that they're concentrating on the wrong things and making decisions that suit them, rather than which achieve the best outcome for their players. So yes, very knowledgeable and in Collins' case a great player, but not suited to management.

Alex Miller springs to mind. Although Pat Fenlon will always be notorious for Hibbies after a certain game in 2012...

Miller lacked personality but I certainly don't think he's been the worst one we've had.
