Dressing room bust up

Dressing room bust up

Postby Jambojim52 » Wed Sep 26, 2018 2:18 pm

Reports of some players having a go at each other after Livi result. Levein closed the door and let them get on with it, which is all well and good, if it was just a few harsh words, BUT if it got personal he should have been ready to step in, as that would affect performance tonight.
Players geeing each other up after a poor performance can be good but taken too far will split the dressing room and impact on future games.

Looks like my fears were unfounded but we did make a bit of a meal of it last night.

I thought last night was a smashing game. They got a soft penalty, we edged the first half, dominated the second and should have gone further ahead, they scored a great equaliser, our third goal (which I think has been severely understated in the media) was superb right from the pass out from defence from Dikamona, the touch and layoff from Maclean to Haring, the splitting pass wide to Smith and the ball back in for Lee to finish. The 4th was the icing on the cake!

Great night!
